It is recommended to be used in immobilized cells or tissues. After observation, nail polish or sealant can be used to seal the edge of cover glass; The anti fluorescence quencher containing DAPI can directly perform nuclear staining.

Transportation and storage
Transport at room temperature. Store at 4 ℃ away from light, with a shelf life of 36 months.
usage method
1. Cell samples
(1) After dyeing, remove the liquid.
(2) Drip 10-20 μ L of anti quenching agent onto each slide, cover with a cover slip with cells attached, and allow the cells to come into contact with the anti quenching agent. When covering the cover slip, squeeze out excess anti quenching agent and try not to have bubbles.
(3) Fluorescence microscopy observation.
(4) (Optional): After observation, nail polish or sealant can be used to seal the edge of cover glass.
2. Tissue sectioning
(1) After staining is completed, remove the staining solution.
(2) Drip 10-20 μ L of anti quenching agent onto the tissue section, cover it with a cover glass, and let the section come into contact with the anti quenching agent. When covering the cover glass, squeeze out excess anti quenching agent to avoid the formation of bubbles as much as possible.
(3) Observe tissue sections under a fluorescence microscope.
(4) (Optional): After observation, nail polish or sealant can be used to seal the edge of cover glass.

matters needing attention
1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
2. Before use, restore it to room temperature, gently shake and mix well to avoid the formation of bubbles.
3. This product has poor anti quenching effect on staining live cell membrane dyes and mitochondrial dyes, and is recommended for fixing permeabilized cells or tissues.
4. It may not be applicable to certain dyes, and it is recommended to conduct pre experiment testing for compatibility before the experiment.
5. During the sealing process, avoid areas with excessive moisture, as the sealing agent may inhale too much water vapor, which can affect the sealing effect.
