EZ500 DNA Ladder (500-5000bp)To store the DNA solution in a 1xLoading Buffer. Composed of 8 linear double stranded DNA fragments of 500 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 2500 bp, 3000 bp, 4000 bp, and 5000 bp, the band range is suitable for determining the size of large-scale DNA fragments. In the 5 μ L product, the 2500 bp band content is about 100 ng, and the other band content is about 40 ng.

This product can be stored stably at room temperature during normal use without any degradation or dispersion of the strip; In addition, the DNA band is clear and sharp, the background of gel swimming lane is good, and the brightness is high and uniform.
