EZ100 DNA Ladder (100-3000bp) is a DNA solution stored in a 1 × Loading Buffer。from100 bp、200 bp、300 bp、400 bp、500 bp、600 bp、700 bp、800 bp、900 bp、1000 bp、1200 bp、1500 bp、2000 bp、3000 bpComposed of 14 linear double stranded DNA fragments, the band range is suitable for precise determination of DNA fragment size. In the 5 μ L product, the content of 500 bp and 1200 bp bands is about 120 ng, and the content of other bands is about 50 ng.
