Myc magnetic beads covalently couple high-quality mouse derived monoclonal Anti Myc antibodies onto the surface of superparamagnetic nanospheres, which can specifically bind to proteins containing HIS tags in animal, plant, or microbial lysates, serum, ascites, etc., for immunoprecipitation (IP), immunoprecipitation (Co IP), or purification of fusion proteins or protein complexes with His tags. Anti myc Magnetic Beads can specifically bind to myc tagged fusion proteins and can be conveniently applied to immunoprecipitation or purification experiments of fusion proteins or their protein complexes with Myc tags using magnetic separation equipment such as magnetic shelves.
