usage method
This product can be directly used for diluting DNA templates, and the diluted standard can be used directly.
1. Take out 10 times of cracking solution from the refrigerator, dissolve it at room temperature, vortex and mix well, and then set aside for later use.
2. This product can be used for diluting DNA templates. Depending on the dilution ratio of the sample, it can be directly used for sample dilution and can replace solvents such as nuclease free water and TE buffer.
3. This product can also be used for dilution of standard products.
4. Samples or standards diluted with this product can be directly used for downstream molecular testing such as qPCR, ddPCR, sequencing, etc., without affecting amplification.
