Product Description

The molecular weight standard for tricolor pre stained proteins includes 10 highly purified and pre stained recombinant proteins (10, 17, 25, 33, 43, 55, 70, 95130, and 180KD, all labeled with His) from 10KD to 180KD. The 70KD band is orange red, the 10KD band is green, and the remaining bands are blue, making it suitable as the molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western proteins.

This color pre stained protein molecular weight standard has been prepared in 1 x SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be used directly without boiling, dilution, or the need for reducing agent treatment. According to the size of the sample well, the molecular weight standard for color pre stained proteins is usually 5-10 μ L per sample (5 μ L of 5 × 1.5 mm gel well is sufficient), and very clear protein bands can be observed during electrophoresis, after electrophoresis, and after membrane transfer.
