Product Description
The Cas9 protein can form a highly stable ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex with guide RNA (gRNA). As a component of the CRISPR/Cas9 system, the Cas9 RNP complex can increase its efficiency in entering the cell nucleus through N-terminal nuclear localization signaling (NLS). Li Ji Biology carefully screened and optimized nuclear localization signals (NLS), and inserted multiple NLS to provide NLS-Cas9 nucleases that can more efficiently assist RNP nuclear entry, increase the probability of genomic DNA cleavage, and have stable high editing efficiency in all validated cell lines (including standard, immune, primary, and stem cells). This product is packaged for industrial customers.
