Product Description

This system is a 2x premix system used for ordinary PCR amplification. The product contains optimized concentrations of Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, reaction buffer, and stabilizers. Mainly used for qualitative detection of genomic DNA target sequences and RNA reverse transcribed cDNA target sequences.

When using this system, only templates, primers, and water need to be added to make the working concentration 1 ×, and the reaction can be carried out. It has the advantages of speed, simplicity, high sensitivity, strong specificity, and good stability, which can minimize human errors, save PCR experimental operation time, and reduce the probability of contamination to the greatest extent possible.

This product contains blue dye, which has no effect on amplification efficiency and can be directly tested after amplification. This product has been tested to successfully amplify 6Kb fragments using the human genome as a template; However, due to the inherent characteristics of Taq DNA polymerase, if there is a need for authenticity preservation for fragments exceeding 1.2Kb, please choose products with better fidelity effects, such as Pfu, Phusion, etc.
