EZ250 DNA Ladder (250-12000bp)To store the DNA solution in a 1xLoading Buffer. Composed of 13 linear double stranded DNA fragments, including 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 2500 bp, 3000 bp, 4000 bp, 5000 bp, 6000 bp, 8000 bp, and 12000 bp, the band range is suitable for determining the size of a wide range of DNA fragments. In the 5 μ L product, the content of 1500 bp and 4000 bp bands is about 80 ng, and the content of other bands is about 30 ng.

This product can be stored stably at room temperature during normal use without any degradation or dispersion of the strip; In addition, the DNA band is clear and sharp, the background of gel swimming lane is good, and the brightness is high and uniform.
