使用方法

培养方法

培养基	RPMI-1640 90%(Gibco: C11875500BT), Fetal Bovine Serum(GIBCO:10099-141)或和元李记特级胎牛血清 (Foetal Bovine Serum)（货号：AC03L055） 10%
培养条件	37℃ 5% CO2
消化条件	0.25% (w/v) Trypsin-0.53mM EDTA溶液(GIBCO: 25200-056) 或和元李记0.25%胰蛋白酶消化液（含EDTA，不含酚红）（货号：AC15L821），消化1-3min
传代比例	1：3-1：5
换液时间	2-3天换液一次

冻存方法

冻存液	55%培养基，40%FBS, 5% (v/v) DMSO或和元李记快速细胞冻存液（无血清、无蛋白）（货号：AC05L033）
冻存密度	1-3 ×106 /管，液氮保存
